The system software of this 35-ton coil transporter is seamlessly integrated with the factory’s operating system for fully automated operation. The transporter can carry up to 35 tons of steel coils and has the ability to lift the load to 1100 mm. After the steel coils are stationary on the support frame, the transporter can unload in two ways: one is to lower the support frame directly to another support structure, and the other is to be equipped with a motorized roller to roll the steel coil onto the target support structure at an inclined angle. These features ensure efficient and safe steel coil handling and unloading processes.
