This AGV system for automotive assembly includes fifteen (15) AGVs equipped with scissor lift platforms for handling and lifting automotive frames. The system is equipped with eight (8) wireless charging stations and one (1) long-term charging station to support all-weather operation. The main configuration includes one (1) master control system, six (6) remote HMI stations, as well as safety sensors and optical navigation sensors to ensure efficient and safe automated transportation operations.
