This Manual Guided Vehicle (MGV) is designed for assembly and transfer of construction equipment, especially for moving bulldozers from the main assembly line to the maintenance area. Equipped with four hydraulic lifts, the MGV can easily lift and transfer heavy equipment, and is ergonomically designed to ensure operator comfort and safety. It features a sturdy ridged welded steel structure, to which the drive wheel assembly and stabilizing casters are securely mounted. The MGV is a low-duty-cycle device capable of multiple up and down cycles within a range of 2,000 feet. The operator can move forward, backward, and turn left and right through a handheld pendant controller. The device charges in 8 hours to ensure long-term operation.
