We designed and manufactured a highly safe, ergonomic drag chain lift transporter with a load capacity of 500KG for a well-known motorcycle manufacturer. The vehicle is equipped with a 360° rotating platform and automatic height adjustment function, and the hydraulic lifting platform ensures that workers can easily adjust the height of the motorcycle chassis during assembly. The transporter is powered by a built-in battery, supports automatic charging, and is equipped with comprehensive safety protection measures such as accordion guards and hydraulic safety fuses to ensure safety and efficiency during operation.

360° rotating platform: The transporter is equipped with a manually rotatable deck, the motorcycle chassis can rotate 360° and is precisely fixed at 45° positioning and 22.5° incremental locking points for easy assembly operations.
Automatic height adjustment: The on-board hydraulic lifting platform can automatically raise and lower the motorcycle chassis to meet the ergonomic needs of each worker, reduce fatigue and improve work efficiency.
Accurate vertical positioning: The built-in automatic height control system and cable sensors ensure accurate vertical positioning of the lifting platform.
DC power supply: Powered by two 12V batteries, the bottom charging interface can be docked with the automatic charging station along the drag chain to ensure continuous power supply.
Comprehensive safety protection: Equipped with accordion-style safety shields all around and with hydraulic safety fuses to prevent the platform from suddenly collapsing when the hydraulic system fails, ensuring the safety of operation.
