This custom manual guided vehicle (MGV) was designed and manufactured for an assembly plant to meet its manufacturing needs. These MGVs are designed according to specific requirements and have strong lifting capacity and excellent maneuverability. Each device is equipped with a wired handheld operator, two 100 amp-hour 12V batteries, dual motor control system, lifting stroke limit switch and two emergency stop buttons. Each MGV runs 9 hours a day and is designed for efficient and safe production operations.

Dual battery configuration: Each device is equipped with two 100 ampere-hour 12V batteries, providing long-term power support, suitable for long-term production operation and reducing downtime.
Dual motor control system: The equipment is equipped with a dual motor control system, which is used for traction and steering control respectively, providing excellent maneuverability and precise movement performance, and adapting to complex production environments.
Lifting stroke limit switch: The built-in lifting stroke limit switch effectively prevents excessive lifting operations and protects the safety of equipment and operators.
Dual emergency stop buttons: Each MGV is equipped with two emergency stop buttons, so that operators can quickly stop the equipment in an emergency, further improving safety.
