This lift guide vehicle is designed for ATV assembly lines, allowing technicians to add parts in a safe and efficient environment. The guide vehicle is equipped with an AB Micro PLC to control steering, start and stop operations, and is equipped with a 125 amp/hour battery, which significantly improves the endurance compared to the previous 97.6 amp/hour. Precision guidance is achieved through magnetic tracking sensors, DC speed controllers are responsible for steering, and position sensors ensure that the vehicle stops at the designated station. There is an anti-collision buffer device in the front to provide collision protection. Wireless Ethernet communication keeps the guide vehicle connected to the main PLC in real time to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
