These track maintenance manual guided vehicles (MGVs) are designed for transporting HVAC systems for railway vehicles. They are equipped with two drive wheel modules and two stabilizing roller assemblies, which can achieve forward, reverse and in-situ steering. MGVs can also be configured to transport wheel sets, with embedded warning lights and sound prompts, and the operator operates through a wired or remote controller. The design meets industrial standards and can achieve full range of motion on the ground according to customer requirements.

Versatile design: Designed for material transport during track maintenance, the MGV is able to flexibly transport the HVAC system of railway vehicles and can be configured to transport wheelsets to meet different maintenance needs.
Flexible movement capability: Equipped with two drive wheel modules and two stabilizing roller assemblies, the MGV has forward, reverse and in-situ steering functions, ensuring flexible movement under both empty and fully loaded conditions and adapting to various working environments.
Safety prompt system: To improve operational safety, the MGV is equipped with four embedded amber warning lights and sound prompt signals, which warn when the vehicle is started or moved to ensure the safety of surrounding personnel.
Customized storage solution: The top of the MGV is designed with a 6-inch x 6-inch groove for safe storage of the HVAC system, and is supported by a customized tool rack, which is recessed 6 inches at the front and back, providing continuous storage space without intermediate partitions, which is convenient for equipment operation and maintenance.
Easy operation: The MGV supports multiple operation modes, and the operator can control it through a wired handle controller or a remote handheld controller, which is convenient and flexible and suitable for different working conditions and operating needs.
Rugged and Durable Structure: The MGV features a sturdy steel frame for high durability, designed to comply with the Industrial Truck Standards Development Foundation (ITSDF) B56 series standards and follow OSHA guidelines to ensure reliable operation in a variety of ground conditions and to meet the customized needs of customers.
